Data Feed Help



RiskCompassTM uses eSignal data for the live data feed. The TurboFeed program ports live data into RiskCompass, it will load when starting RiskCompass. The TurboFeed manager is visible on the tool bar. It has two states, Green = live data is being received and Red = live data is not being received.
There are several reasons why TurboFeed maybe Red
  1. Incorrect Password and/or Username
    Contact MarketCompass if you need to activate your user name and password for live data.

  2. A loss of connection to the Internet
    Check connections and modem.

  3. Firewall or Proxy Server issues
    If you are connected to the Internet, but are running through a Firewall or Proxy server please visit the following link that addresses these issues.
